With 38 bedrooms this hotel has had a complete makeover and the new owners have turned this property into a luxury boutique hotel. Heathrow Airport and Hotel Services has been beautifully converted from a fine 19th century London town house and offers luxurious bedrooms, with all the facilities you would expect from a prestigious new 4-star hotel. There is a delightful drawing room, serving light meals all day and drinks from the bar 24 hours a day for resident guests; there is also a peaceful, airy breakfast room, as well as complimentary wireless internet access and air-conditioning throughout.

VACANT POSITIONS

Front Desk Agents
Duties include greeting guests with a smile, providing information about the resort, check in and check out, guest billing and handling queries. Must be friendly and outgoing. Training provided. Full time, Up to 6 days per week. Positions available from May to Labour Day or Thanksgiving.

Reservations Agents
Duties include booking reservations, promoting the resort to guests, answering questions about the resort. Excellent communication and sales skills are an asset. Must be friendly and outgoing. Full time. Up to 6 days per week. Positions available from May to Labour Day or Thanksgiving.

Night Audit/Reservations
Duties include general accounting, balancing guest and department folios checking in and checking out of guests and booking reservations. Some accounting experience required. Audit shifts 11:00pm-7:00am, Reservations shifts are afternoons. Up to 6 days per week, Full time. Position available from May to Thanksgiving. Wage based on experience.

Chambermaids
Duties include cleaning guestrooms, washrooms and other areas around the resort. Polishing, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, mopping, making beds, and taking out garbage. Full time, Up to 6 days per week. Position available from May to Thanksgiving and June to Labour Day. Wage based on experience.

Hotel Cleaners
Duties include cleaning meeting rooms, washrooms, bars, floors, walls, ceilings, windows and everything in between. Full time, Up to 6 days per week. Day shifts and night shifts available from June to Labour Day.

Hotel Porters
Duties include assisting guests, delivering things to rooms such as an iron a cot, firewood, linens, towels etc. Minor maintenance and repair jobs, and some cleaning. No experience needed. Must be friendly and outgoing with a neat and clean appearance and a positive attitude at all times. Training provided. Up to 6 days per week, full time, Positions available from May to Thanksgiving and June to Labour Day. Must have valid drivers license.

Maintenance Staff
Duties include doing odd jobs around the resort like raking leaves, dry wall repairs, digging, laying stone for a pathway, unblocking a toilet, painting, installing new taps cutting grass, building a shelf or anything else. Knowledge of tools required. Must be clean, presentable and able to communicate professionally with hotel guests. Position available from early May to Thanksgiving, Up to 6 days per week, full time.

Golf Course Grounds Staff
Duties include overall upkeep of the greens, fairways, bunkers etc., maintenance and operation of all equipment including greens mowers, push mowers, riding mowers, whippers, golf carts, etc., helping in the pro shop and driving range, picking up golf balls and assisting guests. 6 days per week, full time. Training provided. Must be clean, presentable and able to communicate professionally with hotel guests. Position available starting in June and ending on Labour Day.

Groundskeeper/Gardener
Gardening duties include; design, planting, watering, pruning, weeding and up-keep of all gardens, flower pots, boxes and hanging baskets. Must have knowledge of plants and flowers including how much and how often to water, sun/shade preference, fertilizing, spacing, etc. This is a one person department. Minimal training provided. 5-6 days per week, full time. Applicant must be flexible with day(s) off. Position available from April to October.

Security Staff
Looking for a mature, clean, tidy and responsible person with strong customer service skills to patrol the grounds of a resort property. You need to be able to react to emergency situations, monitor the bar, help resort guests as needed, monitor and police the on-site staff, patrol the 25 acre property by foot and on a golf cart and write daily reports. Applicants must have a Security Guard License and Smart Serve certification. Full time and part time positions available.
Housekeeper
The housekeeper is responsible for cleaning the rooms on a daily basis. She will also fill requests for things such as extra towels. Usually the housekeepers are on duty from early morning until around 4 pm.

General Manager
The general manager oversees day-to-day operations. He may assist with checkin and checkout during busy times. He is the person to go to with complaints or compliments about hotel staff, food or your room.

Concierge
Many expensive hotels offer concierge services. These people perform extra services for the guests such as ordering transportation, arranging sightseeing tours or ordering massages. The concierge often helps with tasks a tourist may not know how to do.

Room Service Delivery Personnel
Many hotels have their own restaurant on the premises. Most offer room service to their guests. Simply call the restaurant from your room and order your meal and the room service personnel will bring it to your room as quickly as possible.
